Return/Exchange Policy
Full-price, unused, unopened merchandise in its original packaging is eligible for store credit ONLY within 14 days of receipt. Write to us for return instructions. We will provide an address for you to mail your insured and carefully packed item to.
When we receive the returned merchandise, you will be issued store credit for the amount of your order, minus the original shipping and handling fees. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you must pay to ship your item back to us.
Custom orders, clothing and sale items are FINAL SALE.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping is generally via Royal mail First Class mail; if you need the item sooner, contact us and we’ll see what we can do. Shipping costs are based on weight, destination and method. Delivery times will range from 1-7 business days after we ship, depending on your distance from london. We reserve the right to use a different delivery service (such as royal mail) for larger packages.
Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address! We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses. If we have a question about your address, we will contact you by email & we will hold your order until we get your response. If you are shipping to a business address, please include the name of the business and any floor, suite or mailbox information so that the royal mail can route the package properly.
If you cannot be home to receive packages, we suggest you use your business address.
Damaged Items
Despite our best efforts, mail is occasionally damaged. Please notify us immediately if any part of your order arrives damaged. At our discretion, we will either credit your credit card/Paypal account or ship a replacement item to you.

We are strong believers in recycling and not charging you too much for delivery, after all your buying the product... We use high quality parcel materials to reduce the cost in total making sure items are received as you would expect them, trying to reduce the carbon footprint for sybee.
